The military office is holding a gun to this man looking like hes about to shoot. The man was arrested in the morning. This happen in the suburb somewhere in a different country. It is unclear why this man is being arrested but he put up a fight. He fought the military officer so the officer fought back arrested him after a brief fight.
The 1st and 3rd place winner of this race are friends and saluting a friend that died.
